Design & Proof Approval: We'll prepare your artwork and send a digital proof for approval.

Production: Once approved, your order enters production. This is when the 7–14 business day turnaround begins.

Quality Inspection: Every garment is inspected before packaging to help ensure consistent quality.

Delivery or Shipping: Orders are personally delivered throughout the DFW Metroplex when available or shipped nationwide.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Turnaround times begin after final artwork approval, not when the quote is requested.

• Changes requested after artwork approval may affect production timelines.

• Production estimates do not include transit time once an order has shipped.

• During peak seasons, including back-to-school, holidays, and large fundraising periods, production schedules may require additional time.

• We'll communicate with you throughout the process if anything affects your expected completion date.

  • Local DFW Delivery: Qualifying orders throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex may be personally delivered when scheduling allows.
  • Nationwide Shipping: Orders are shipped throughout the United States using the carrier that best fits your shipment at the time of fulfillment.
  • Free Shipping: Orders totaling $500 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
